Please note that the on-line submission system will be closed after deadline. We recommend all authors to complete all submission procedures well in advance.
Instructions:
- Prepare a PDF file by using Adobe Acrobat.
- The standard font should be Times Roman.
- Please download the example of abstract.
Guideline for On-line Submission:
- The author must register first to get the personal ID & Password.
- Submit your paper in PDF via on-line paper submission with your ID and Password before deadline.
- After your paper submission, you will receive the confirmation letter from the secretariat by e-mail. If you do not receive it within a week after your paper submission, please feel free to contact us.
Abstract template and instructions:
1. The meeting abstract can be ONE page and may not
exceed TWO pages of text, references, tables and
figures.
2. Type the body of the Meeting Abstract text single-
spaced using black ink. The preferred font (which
these instructions are typed in) is 12-point Times
Roman. Type author(s), affiliation(s), and address
(es) at top of first column as shown above is 14-point
Times Roman. Tables and figures may cross the
middle margin.
